Designed for the most discriminating rider, the A/O helps the rider and horse to reach their highest goals with perfect balance featuring a seat made of calfskin that is wider and slightly deeper than most close contact saddles. To maximize protection, the tree and panels are contoured to the shape of the horse. Most of the rider's weight is distributed through the stirrups onto the horse's shoulders. Nelson has developed a new, wider-contoured panel following the shape of the shoulder which ultimately allows the horse to move more freely. The butter-soft, full grain Oakbark leather stands out in the crowd enhancing the beauty and quality of the horses that carry them.
